DiSC is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.

DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main behavioural styles outlined in the DiSC model of personalities. D stands for Dominance, i stands for Influence, S stands for Steadiness, and C stands for Conscientiousness.

People with D personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing bottom-line results.

People with I personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.

People with S personalities tend to be dependable and place the emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.

People with C personalities tend to place the emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.

To start the DiSC process, you simply answer a set of questions about your own personal behaviour. There are no right or wrong, good or bad responses to these questions – you are always considered the expert about what is important to you.

Your DiSC profile is then scored electronically, and a copy of your results emailed back to you. From here, we arrange for our expert facilitators to host you through an interactive sessions, discussing and dissecting the results, fostering a deeper understanding of each team member’s communication style and behaviour traits. The result? Teams that are not only more productive but also happier, with improved morale and cohesiveness.
